coastal ports facilities are a strategic economic connecting network support that needs a continuously,upgrade addition of new engineering versions, to suit the current changing port built environment,focusing particuraly on climate , meteolological, weather conditions, changes, more important , sunamis, cyclonic tonardo natural disaster events,usually, most coastal ports may be affected by such natural disasters, therefore it is important to put in place strategic detailed architectural designs methods of coastal infrastructural planning and civil engineering planning of civil works, coastal infrastructural other services in line with testings,and structural maintenances i think such procedures may be considered in line with current updated building codes,and safety measures.
