For every city to function a useful service delivery to sustain life is to see that the underground infrastructures such as sewerlines , electrical cables,telecommunication cables and water piping network are able to deliver and supply as services needed for society to function, and i think i would like a discussion of this topic in the area of architecture, for in this way civil engineering as a descipline,does create an impact, to an extent the planning to undertake excavation of treanches is able to match with the architecture designs procedures that can be held by city town planning.
