Sam has over 14 years of experience in water resource and environmental engineering directly related to the Comprehensive Everglades Restoration Plan. His experience is also comprised of many critical infrastructure projects in support of the South Florida Water Management District and USACE. Sam's knowledge covers a range of disciplines including project management, design management, construction management, construction cost estimating and program planning of large scale dams, reservoirs, pump stations and water control structures. He is a hardworking, conscientious, challenge-driven individual. His attention has been focused on the water storage and environmental restoration needs of South Florida.
