Caroline Meacham began her engineering journey at UTC in 2015 and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and minor in Spanish Language in 2019. Throughout college, Caroline was passionate about mentorship which led her to be involved in many programs involving outreach to local high school to teach kids about STEM and pursuing higher education. She was heavily involved on campus as she worked at the University Center, was an ambassador at the College of Engineering and Computer Science, a member of the ASCE Student Chapter, a member of SGA, and a sister in the Kappa Delta Sorority. Caroline started her professional career at TDOT as a Roadway Designer in 2020 where she earned her EIT certification. In 2022, Caroline transitioned career fields for the opportunity to do more structural work and is now at Sargent & Lundy (S&L) as a Transmission Line Associate. She also currently serves as the PA for UT Chattanooga's Student Chapter of ASCE.
