I am a private sector water resources engineer providing consulting services in the areas of river, lake, estuary, and coastal hydrodynamics, sedimentation, and water quality. I also serve as Research Professor Emeritus at Mississippi State University, where I taught civil and environmental engineering for 12 years. Prior to MSU I worked at the USAE Engineer Research and Development Center (Waterways Experiments Station).
