I'm from Northern California of the town of Davis, however I have further lived in Bogota, Colombia, Mexico City, México, Sacramento, San Diego, San Francisco, Contra Costa and Marin County, CA, Albuquerque, NM, Phoenix Metropolis, AZ, The British Virgin Islands Caribbean, Jacksonville, FL/Jonesboro,GA. I earned my Master's of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of New Mexico.
My family name is Rochín-Bernal and it is a name that I appreciate as a "Negotiation" standard from the Chihuahua's and Sinaloa's of México whence the Copper Canyon to New Mexico to San Bernadino rail. I have lived most of my life North of the Border and more so in English Speaking cities. Although I speak Fluent Spanish, it is actually not regularly spoken, although in New Mexico I have a fairer opportunity of practicing my native language.
Language was a priority for my Mother's Doctrine, while my father worked from the ground up in Volunteer paths into the Doctrine of Agricultural Economics. While my father was raised in a family of 5, I come from a family of 2.
I suffered from poor Constitution during my youth, however I have learned to manage my physical being and mental health, whilst deriving my beliefs in Chinese originated Qigong, with a pertinence to Buddhism and Hinduism. My father has also provided support to my Constitutional maintenance whilst I can persist without medical interventions which was part of his creed. From The Obama Administration, my father A Peace Corps Volunteer, became my Business Partner, and hence I have developed light Building Skills to complement Engineering Detailing.
I have one son, and we have been successful in him starting in Modesto Junior College and we will be residents of California again since 2009. ZhenTao is devoting his education to Programming and Gaming; he also self-taught himself Japanese as a young man.
I seek a mentorship to promote communications and integrate some near to far field diplomacies. We have seen my son’s home away from home Dominica launching a Geothermal Project and a long cable car line over the island to view the Ecological treasures of Dominica.
I am currently working on an Upwork freelance profile. I have successfully completed one job for a California client along the lines of residential landscape barrier.
