Joseph (Joe) A. Platt, Jr., P.E. joined the firm in 2000 as a Widener University co-op student, and now serves as Vice President and Department Manager for Traffic Engineering Services, as well as Person-in-Responsible-Charge for TPD’s Carolinas Region operations. In his roles, he oversees many of TPD’s traffic signal and signal system designs, multimodal designs and roadway safety projects. Additionally, he serves as Municipal Traffic Engineer for numerous municipalities throughout the Delaware Valley.
In his spare time, he can often be found somewhere near water...fishing, boating or scuba diving
