I currently work in the Land Development department as a Civil Engineer III for Pape-Dawson Engineers, focused on the design and production of construction plans for both commercial and residential projects. I work with project managers and technicians to find ways to identify solutions for problems we may encounter in each project. Our projects range from feasibility reports to full construction drawings; for apartments, schools, offices, etc. I’m currently the President for the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers Dallas-Fort Worth Professional Chapter. I am truly passionate about my work and sharing my story with underprivileged students to find ways to overcome their obstacles to a college education.
