As an experienced engineer I have provided quality engineering services while protecting the public health/safety/and welfare; and I continue my professional development in technical, legislative and ethical arenas. I contribute my time, talent and treasure to Church, professional and technical groups, and fraternal organization.Following my formal retirement I remain available for limited engagement professional services to governmental agencies.
