Professor Civil Engineering University of Queensland(1970-1990), studied an University of California, Berkeley in years between 1965-1995. Visited China about 30 times, lectured at several Universities there and recorded the development of the highway system in that time. Wrote 4 books and published about 140 papers in international literature.
