For more than 25 years I employed proven leadership skills to assist developing nations with their environmental management. I also collaborated with local, state and federal partners to deliver water and wastewater service to troubled systems in rural areas of Texas.
I currently train Texas Army National Guard members on how to manage hazardous wastes.
