Like it or not, GPA makes a difference. If one isn't shown, I assume you're hiding something. If yours is low, find a way to explain it. Thanks for the thoughtful responses! Whether we agree or not with the philosophy, it seems that state agencies (DOTs, municipal public works) that I'm familiar with "require" a project's PM to be a PE. I put "require" in quotes because you won't find a statute or written requirement, but it may be that ...
