In addition to the NCEES record, Florida required an exam covering Florida laws and rules, and requires separate qualification for special inspections. Hey Jan, Navy had the same system for fitness reports, except that you could be rated top or bottom 1%, 5%, 10%, 25%, 50%. I think those were the categories.
