I am a Project Development Engineer at the New Mexico Department of Transportation, District 3. What I enjoy most about being a project manager is being involved with in all stages of project development, challenging myself to be involved with multidisciplinary technical aspects, and finding a path forward when there are hurdles. My professional values include making ethical decisions, remaining transparent, and fostering an environment that is inclusive.
My role in ASCE is the New Mexico Section Secretary. My goal for the next year within the group is to establish a regularly released newsletter, utilize communication methods that will reach all members, and establish personalized welcomes for new members.
