A. Engineering & Technology knowledge is necessary but not sufficient for project success.
i.e., A web of interdependence between people, process, technology, and leadership.
For many decades engineering and technology education programs have distanced themselves from including knowledge such as collaboration, cooperation, and communication from their programs of study. Even the use of the expression "Soft Skills" is a gross understatement.
Before getting to "How," one will need to first address the "5 Ws" in the organization:
Why, what, where, when, and who.
Cheers,
Bill
