Thanks, Greg!
Rather than only a book, consider the following process:
a. Convene a group within your org of only those born after 1985.
b. Within this group, ask them to develop and release an anonymous survey
only to those in this group.
c. Have the survey include items such as psychological safety, and multicultural and mutigenerational matters.
d. Review and summarize the findings.
e. Now, convene a session with only those in the C-Suite, and present the findings.
What happens next will tell you more about your future within that system of leadership and mgt. than any book!
Cheers,
Bill

Subject: How Psychological Safety Impacts Project Teams' Performance
All of us have an obligation to support psychological safety. One way to deliver this is by fostering servant leadership amongst the executives and directors that lead the organization. Taking firm steps that support servant leadership style will help foster safety, trust, and growth. In a recent leadership meeting, the leading execs pointed out the importance of delivering this mode of leadership through mentorship, listening, supporting team's needs, celebrating their wins, and certainly having a safe space for psychological safety. One book that resonated was 1% better every day. Are there any other books members would recommend?

Q. What and how are executives in your org transforming their
individual experts into expert teams. . .not only by name!
