    Hi Heidi,

    Thank you for asking! Personally, I would find continuing education courses on digital construction technologies, AI applications in project management, and sustainable materials cost analysis very beneficial. These topics are becoming increasingly important in the industry and would help both early-career and experienced professionals stay updated with current practices.

    I haven't watched all the existing offerings yet, but I think webinars that combine practical case studies with technical theory are particularly valuable.
