Rushikesh Trivedi is a lead Civil Structural engineer at Fluor India, working on Energy & Chemicals projects. He is responsible for leading Civil & Structural teams, assure quality of Engineering deliverables, interfacing with PMC, Clients, various Construction & Fabrication teams to attain project objectives safely.
Rushikesh has more than 16 years of experience in design engineering for a wide range of projects in FEED & detail engineering phases of small to large scale energy & chemicals projects for clients like Exxon, Total, Qatar Gas, Shell, Cytec, KNPC, GALP and HPCL.
Among several learning opportunities he came across since joining Fluor in 2006, he remembers one of the most challenging assignments being a local revamp project in India in 2013 which required repair & strengthening of Concrete structure within a challenging budget / schedule.
Nominated as KM Pace setter in 2016, 2017 & 2019 for his knowledge sharing behaviour, he has also volunteered for various initiatives in Fluor New Delhi office by participating actively in office HSE & Client Service Excellence teams. He has volunteered for various team building events on projects and functional levels.
Prior to joining Fluor, for 2 years, Rushikesh worked as a Structural Engineer designing various structures like schools, hospitals and water treatment plants.
Rushikesh is a post graduate from Gujarat University with a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering. He is an affiliate member of American Society of Civil Engineers, Professional member of American Institute of Steel construction and a Member of Indian Association of Structural engineers. He has also earned a Professional Engineer (India) registration from Institution of Engineers, India.
Rushikesh and his Structural Engineer wife Sweta live in Gurgaon, India along with their daughter Yashvi and son Aarsh. In his free time, he is occupied by traveling, off roading, reading and spending time with his family.
