Bio

Pioneer in the development of economic assessment tools that enable users to conduct Triple Bottom Line Cost Benefit Analysis (TBL-CBA). Williams has introduced Autocase, a cloud based tool for automatically cost-justifying smarter building and infrastructure designs for government agencies, investors, and host communities. Williams is an educator sharing knowledge and techniques with graduate students through Columbia University's SIPA, Yale's School of Architecture, and Harvard's Graduate School of Design. An advocate for community interests through work with the Clinton Global Initiative, the Partnership for NYC, and the New York Foundation for the Arts. A leading professional sharing through his Board position with the Institute for Sustainable Infrastructure, Chairmanship of the ISI Economics Committee, the a Metro Sustainability Council, the Co-Chairmanship of the West Coast Infrastructure Exchange Standards Committee, membership in Ceres' Presidents Council, and role as a Subject Matter Expert with the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB). Williams began a 37 year career working on infrastructure programs in the NY Metro area; later on he pioneered development practices in the architecture and engineering industries; led successful partnerships in water and waste management as well as in transit oriented development; advised public employees engaged in managed competition with the private sector; created the "Bid-to-Goal" process for attaining competitive results in the public sector; and co-created the AutoCASE automated business case evaluation tool.After 25 years with a major architecture and engineering firm he launched Impact Infrastructure, Inc., a company at the center of efforts to create standard metrics and tools for project valuation. The company's AutoCASE platform automates TBL-CBA based business case analysis for infrastructure and building projects.
