Khaled has been in both the academic and industry field since 2005. Currently, he works as a Research Assistant in University of Malaya (UM). Over the course of about 15 years of career growth, he has also involved in several business projects, holding different positions including Structural Engineer, Site Engineer, Head of Material QC, Head of Materials Laboratory and etc. Apart from that, he is being acknowledged to be technically savvy in multiple structural software including STAAD suite, CSI suite, RAM suite, Adapt suite and more. As an advocate of knowledge sharing, Khaled has also been invited to speak in several conferences and seminars, and at the same time involved in several other high ranked international conferences as a committee. Eventually, His current research interest is earthquake engineering, vibration engineering, dam engineering and structural dynamics.
