Have you considered heat straightening? Depending on the level of distortion, this may be feasible to perform in the field. This article from 2010 provides a good introduction:

Generally on my projects if there's damage to the steel due to improper storage, transportation, or temporary works, the contractor would scrap that material and provide new framing at their own expense.
