To support a load shall be given any number of columns, the dead load of which may cause foundation settlement if the subsoil is not having enough bearing capacity. At a sloppy ground height of columns is more compared to the opposite side and the dead load of the extra height making problem. Simple individual footing is on rock luckily at one of my site, a Parish hall.The columns are connected with grade beams at peripheral. Needn't connected in interior, roof truss and alumuni sheets.

Hi Alex. how are you?  

try to enlarge the foundation base breath by increasing the shallow shallow aspect (increase horizontal dimensions) or add vertical deepth in a diameter-based solution if the columns are direct transfered to the individual piles.. another and a third solution is to add a pilecap with robustness, at the region that dead load is more significant, in other words, prone to oversettlement.  

these are some of my thinking ideas for this situation. (it will work)
