I hold a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering with a concentration in structural engineering, I have successful experience in analyzing and designing industrial, commercial, and residential structures based on the applicable building codes to resist natural hazards such as wind and seismic forces in both the United States and Latin America. I have further enhanced my expertise by completing the coursework for a Master's in project management. My research experience has been focused on the durability of steel-reinforced concrete structures. I got published in a prestigious journal for a research investigation on the durability of stainless steel reinforcement in concrete. I am proud to hold Professional Engineering licenses in both the United States and Peru. In my most recent role as a structural engineer at Arcadis US, I provided invaluable support to the Water and wastewater Resilience - business line.
