Renata Nogueira is a Senior Civil Engineer with over 13 years of experience in structural engineering, foundation systems, construction management, and infrastructure rehabilitation. She is the Founder and Technical Director of Cardoso Nogueira Construction, where she has led residential, commercial, and public infrastructure projects throughout Brazil.
She serves as a Court-Appointed Engineering Expert for the Court of Justice of the State of Rio de Janeiro (TJRJ), providing technical expertise in structural assessments, engineering investigations, technical inspections, and civil and environmental engineering matters.
Her professional interests include structural rehabilitation, foundation engineering, resilient infrastructure, Building Information Modeling (BIM), digital construction, and the responsible application of artificial intelligence in engineering. As an active member of ASCE and the Structural Engineering Institute (SEI), she is committed to advancing engineering excellence through collaboration, innovation, and continuous professional development.
