I think there is no Mastery Exam. I would see the SE as an Advanced Practice Exam (borrowed from Nursing). For some States Advanced Practice starts at the doghouse rafter (Illinois) and for some at higher Building Categories. But this is a local decision. Advanced Practice is , so I think, the word to ...
