Cantilever R.C.C. Retaining Wall Design by Mr. Win Aung Cho, P.E., C Eng, S.E., M.ASCE / 2018 Location of the key is assumed at the middle of the base. Key is consider resisting the sliding action. Active earth pressure act to the base slab also.

Thank for the comment. As a my first version, it is not completed for the other options. Key option is depending on the safety factor of the sliding. I will continue this spread sheet for the other additional calculations such as ground water table, layered soil, location of the surcharge load (vehicle load) and so on.
