    Any MUTCD experts out there able to weigh in on this?

    • Question 1: Per the MUTCD, can the message on a blank-out sign flash its message? Specifically, can a blank-out sign display a message such as "Active Photo Enforcement" or "Photo Enforced When Flashing" and flash this message in yellow?
    • Question 2: Per the MUTCD, can a flasher be used on an assembly that includes a warning sign and a regulatory plaque?

    Has anyone seen these applications? Georgia will be implementing HB 651 next year and I'm brainstorming to come up with school zone signage that would be compliant.
