i would like to bring up a topic of this subject for discussions, most of highways roads, as you can notice,are intend for transportation , efficiency, commerce, safety and mobility, in some execeptional cases, you will find that testing of the dilapited infrastructures ability to detect the life span is one of the best vital methods to assess, which of course,a continuosly replacement of infrastructure of highways transportation, need to be on budget, this in other words, safety emphasis is vital for infrastructure survival, and the question is; how often city and town planning infrastructure undergo a testing of roads services and infrastructure?
