Dr. Edward Wang, Ph.D., P.E., S.E., F.ASCE is Civil Engineer at Northern California Area Office, Bureau of Reclamation. Prior to join the Bureau, he was a professor and Associate Dean at the Department of Civil Engineering and Environmental Informatics, Minghsin University of Science and Technology (MUST) in Hsin-Chu, Taiwan. Dr. Wang is a registered Professional Engineer in California (No.59308) and a registered Structural Engineer in Illinois (No. 081005767).
