I manage projects including environmental site assessments, site remediation (Brownfields), environmental compliance assistance, and permitting assistance for industrial facilities. I perform Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments and Remedial Site Investigations. I have experience monitoring and reviewing air emissions data and submitting semi-annual facility reports and preparing the required source permits. I have drafted safety and training procedures for clients and conducted training seminars and instructed facility workers in new and existing procedures. Additionally, I have performed numerous environmental audits at industrial facilities. Site assessments have included the inventorying of hazardous materials, asbestos-containing materials, air emissions sources, and raw source materials (e.g., storage drums, totes, and tanks). I have prepared and submitted environmental compliance reports and site investigation reports to clients and Federal and State regulators.
