I applaud you for following your passion!!  Consider the words Transformation, Resiliency, Accountability, Team Player, Toastmasters, Hospitality and Stakeholder Outreach within your resume.  What is Python?  (Sounds Interesting!!)  Have you heard of Operations Research in Civil Engineering?  I do NOT blame you for stepping away from Healthcare!!  UMD and UMN -- How do these connect?  Why NOT join a UMN Committee Chapter?  You are beginning a new venture...follow your passion and work hard for all that you wish.
