Dr. Bertha and I have given many ethics presentations over the last 10 years to ASCE institutes, conferences and chapters. We would like to offer to provide a virtual seminar to your Chapter, Section, company or agency on the new ASCE Code of Ethics. The ASCE Board of Direction in October 2020 approved a transformational change to our Code of Ethics. The way it is organized and structured, the language used and several new aspects were incorporated. By weaving together ethical theory and practical, Dr. Bertha and I will show during a 1-hour seminar why ASCE's New Code of Ethics is, indeed, a "watershed moment" in engineering ethics.

Please contact me at stevestarrett@... if you would like to schedule a virtual seminar.

Steven K. Starrett, Ph.D., P.E., D.WRE, F.ASCE, F.EWRI  became the Dean of Engineering and Engineering Technology at LeTourneau University in 2017. This sounds like a fabulous opportunity. Would you be willing to set up a presentation targeting the participants in Collaborate and Career by Design and fill up on a first come first serve basis?

Great idea @Mitchell Winkler! Maybe we could work on putting something together. @Steve Starrett graciously served as one of our experts in our Ethics Ask Me Anything last year.  I can contact him offline see if they would be interested in doing more of a virtual panel. I'll keep you all posted!
