Career By Design

Hello Everyone,
 
I am "Naga Vara Prasad Ganti." I recently joined ASCE as a Associate member. Currently I am working as Project Engineer, E.I in Bonita Springs FL. ​I am very much new to this organization and interested in serving ASCE and willing to be part of ASCE committee in the near future. I am unaware of the process of how to become a committee member or how these groups form. Kindly, can anyone guide me in this situation please?
