coastal ports facilities are a strategic economic connecting network support that needs a continuously,upgrade addition of new availability engineering versions so to say, that will suit the current changing ports built environment,focusing particuraly on climate , meteorology weather conditions, the resultant of flash floods near coastal ports, that may happen, in this discussion of the above heading, the application of coastal engineering planning designs, may serve as one aspect of effecting developing a network installations of stormwater infrastructures,in an effort to capture flash floods, in other words, to minmise as much as possible for floods not take place., that may disrupt,ports commercial businesses.
