I've read ASCE's 2013 Report Card for America's Infrastructure, which received a D+ overall, and grades of D for Drinking Water, Wastewater, and Hazardous Waste, and a B for Solid Waste. What else is being done to raise awareness to the public and government about the need for infrastructure investment, particularly related to water resources and the environment? What can I do to help?
