    Hello,

    I need assistance in designing a BMP which can help me mimic the Tc and the Q of pre development and post development for an industrial development that is located in a hydrologic condition of concern (HCOC) location.

    Have you read through the San Bernadino County Hydrology Manual?  It appears to be a fairly well written, easy to follow design guide.  Click here for SB Co. Design Manual
