    The specification written shall be clear and concise and to the point, use of word's meaning should not be invited disputes if it's conflict the workers may misunderstood it and affect the structure and which may lead to unproductive out put this may cause casuality from unbalancing human intervention

    I fully agree we need to be clear and to the point. like this briefing paper by David Hillson for its clarity and simplicity.

    I think Martin Hohberg's insight that the term uncertainties is misused, e.g., risks and uncertainties when describing the two sided nature of risk.
