How is your company handling working remotely? I have noticed some firms have fully embraced it and show that the employees take a lot of responsibility for their work, often times working at any time of the day. Now that this is a reality, how is your company encouraging employees not to burn out from work due to additional working hours at home?

    Hi Mate,
This is the current method for many firms in Australia. We continuously work on remote sites and ensure that our staff, contractors and teir people work constructively but within normal time limit. We do get slight overtime, as the work not always finishes on the time (e.g. concreting work & finishing!), but we try to accommodate as humanely as possible. Also we constantly remain in touch daily with head office on SKYPE of=r on phones - to ensure that bosses are in tune with what is occurring at remote sites.
    Trust this helps.
