I've seen some of the partnerships that cities are making with Uber and Lyft - Summit NJ, for example, is subsidizing rides to the train station instead of building a new parking ride, and several transit agencies are using Uber and Lyft to either supplement or replace low-ridership routes.  Are any other public agencies considering other types of partnerships?

There was significant discussion about this at TRB and Transportation Camp a few weeks ago. You might be able to find the notes from the last Transportation Camp in DC which had some sessions on this.  Some of the ones that come to mind include Pinellas County, FL and Orange County, CA. Here is a selected list: http://therideshareguy.com/how-are-uber-and-lyft-working-with-public-transportation-authorities/
