THE MOST ASPECT TO MEET A SUSTAINABLE ENGINEERING POINT OF VIEW ARE  THINGS TO REMEMBER IS SAFETY AND PREVENTIONS MEASURES MAINLY TO FOCUS ON HYDROSTSTICS AND SEISMIC DYNAMICS LOADINGS, AND MY QUESTION IS WHAT IS THE AVERAGE SCALE DYNAMIC LOADINGS OVERALL  INETRNATIONAL CONSTRUCTIONAL CODE IN HIGH SEISMIC ACTIVE REGIONS?

    Dear Davy,

It's depends on your project, you may use ASCE 7-2022 Minimum Design Loads and Associated Criteria for Buildings and Other Structures.

    ASCE/SEI 41-23
ASCE/SEI 41-23 is a primary reference for structural engineers addressing the seismic resilience of existing buildings and for building code officials
Protect structures from flood risks with new ASCE standard

Protect structures from flood risks with new ASCE standard
Flood Resistant Design and Construction, ASCE/SEI 24-24, establishes minimum requirements for building structures in high-risk flood areas.
    View this on Asce >
And also IBC 2024 Version in which ASCE 7-2022 reference code was adopted.
