Our company is engaged in CM/GC and GC/CM (Construction Manager/General Contractor) projects across the country. We have worked with many agencies to define project risk and opportunities. What are some of the risks and opportunities that the agency, contractor and designer can capitalize on as a project delivery team in your market?
