Please join us at the Mile High Flood District offices for a collaborative event by ASCE Denver and EWRI (Environmental & Water Resources Institute)! This event will feature a presentation by Holly Piza from MHFD on Evaluating Public Safety in Stormwater Conveyance. Holly Piza is a board-certified professional water resources engineer and the Research and Development Director at Mile High Flood District (MHFD). She has been involved on a national level with EWRI ASCE for 15 years, serving as president of the Institute and active in several councils. Ms. Piza has a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of Florida and a Masters in Public Administration from the University of Colorado.
Food and drinks will be provided at the event.
