The Cultural Arts District Parking Structure (CADPS) contributes to a new era for downtown SLO and has been in the making for over 20 years. Designed with sustainability in mind, CADPS will have infrastructure for more than 100 electric vehicle charging stations and rooftop solar panels.  The structure will have 5 stories and around 400 parking spaces. Construction is ongoing and the parking structure is on track to finish construction in 2026.

During the visit, they should be excavating or installing footings.

After the technical tour we will head to Finney's for some light bites (provided by YMF) and drinks to discuss what we learned and network!
