    Hello ASCE GA YMG,

    The Executive Board has prepared a revision to the Bylaws that guide our activities and will vote to adopt them at the Board's May Meeting, happening on May 14th at 6:00 PM ET on Microsoft Teams. Please find the revised Bylaws draft attached to this post. If you have any questions, comments, or rebuttals to the Bylaws draft, please attend the Board Meeting and participate in the pre-vote discussion.
