We had questions about the Table of Content content type. This is a brief explanation on how it works.
The table of contents automatically populates based on what you put in the newsletter, and the items in the table of contents do link to their associated content. First, you need the Table of Contents content type in the newsletter. Then, when you add content to the newsletter, if you click on the gray content header that appears above the content you've added, you'll see an option on the left to "Show in Table of Contents." Click this, and it will display a field to enter the story title. What you enter there is what appears in the table of contents. In the Message Designer, the table of contents will just have "Sample Story #X" for the items in the TOC, but when you go to Review and Send, the tab le of contents will be populated.
