    Dear All:
    I am glad to inform you all that the SEI Graduate Student Chapter has been established at BITS Pilani, Rajasthan, India. This is the first ever chapter in India  and the second outside the USA. This has been possible with support of our graduate students, leadership of BITS Pilani, Head of Civil  Engineering Department, and my colleagues at BITS Pilani.
    Looking forward to actively working with you all to achieve the mission and objectives of the chapter. The link for the website is given below:
