Could you please clarify what you mean by section. Is it section in a pipe or an open channel? You could measure pressure by using either a manometer or a pressure gauge connected to a pipe. Electronic manometers are also available. You may check with Google to ascertain details.

In order measure pressure at any section you can determine discharge at that section and then pressure can be automatically determined.To measure discharge you can use current meter to measure velocity then by determing area find discharge and thus pressure.
