    Dear Mr. Kevin Boyce,

    On behalf of signing HL Workspace V.6 customers (ANNEX A), we write this letter to expose our current situations.

    In general, negative feedback from our members and Boards has resulted in extreme frustration. Some of us have managed to create work-arounds, but doing so has reduced the efficiency of the processes to which we and our members have been accustomed. Reporting to HL does not seem produce effective results rather than casuistic improvements or recommendations leveraging existing HL features.

    As you may be aware, part of these customers, legacy KAVI users, were pulled into a mandatory migration to Higherlogic system, resulting in multiple issues, despite previous testing and identification of areas of concern.

    Workspace integration with other Higher Logic baseline Community modules has severely affected our productivity compared to WS5 or WS6, based on multiple shortcomings.
