Our group is gathering faculty views on effective department leadership, and we need your input!
We created a very short survey to gather information on faculty's perception of what makes and is required for effective departmental leadership. This survey should take about 5 minutes (or less) to complete. As you complete the survey, we ask that you consider department leadership specifically relating to faculty support and development (as opposed to student support). All responses will be confidential.
