    Hi everyone,
Thanks to everyone who has participated in the ECx sessions so far, to the presenters, and to CFD for coming up with this great format to keep the awesome ExCEEd energy and engagement going!!

One thread from the first two sessions is "Student Accommodations" - including:
    - access  - how are your programs helping students with technology and internet access?
    - privacy issues  -  to mute or unmute video, what are workarounds, video consent forms (if you're willing to share)
    - student crises, constraints, and practices -  late work policies and practices, teamwork policies and practices for the online environment

I look forward to learning from everyone's great ideas!   The ExCEEd Community ROCKS!
    Camilla

To protect the students' privacy, at CPP we have Kaltura. Kaltura is a platform to save our videos in a CPP remote location and we can embed them on Blackboard so they are only viewed by the students in the class, they cant be downloaded either.  We are not required to record the synchronous classes . Some faculty opts for not recording classes to provide a more private environment and encourage students to participate and turn on cameras.  Other professor cant record because their computers cant render the videos due to other internal limitations.
To support students that have issues with computer and/or internet and faculty  CPP has a computer loaner program , computer have hot spots, and CPP has also worked deals for cheaper wifi rates with local internet providers. This has been of great help for students so they can attend their classes. Really hard to find a unique solution that works for every one.
